Description: While not in the United States, this nearby Canadian event might be of interest to West Coast overlanders. It offers camping, expert-led overland classes, guided scenic trail runs, technical 4WD course training, vendor-sponsored games, and even wine tasting .


Summer Off Road 101 Course

Date: July 20, 2024
Location: Kansas Rocks Recreation Park
Details: This class runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is limited to the first 50 entries to ensure quality instruction


Getting Unstuck Basics

Date: July 16, 2023
Location: Ellenville Training Center, NY
Details: This class is highly recommended for anyone who operates a vehicle off-road or in low traction terrain. It runs from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and welcomes all experience levels

Overland Expo Mountain West

Date: August 23-25, 2024
Location: The Ranch, Loveland, Colorado
Description: This event offers more than 300 session-hours of programs, including over 150 different classes, slideshows, demonstrations, and activities. It's part of the Overland Expo series, which is considered among the premier overlanding events in the world.


Mid-Atlantic Overland Festival (MAOF)

Date: August 8-11, 2024
Location: Huntingdon, Pennsylvania
Description: This event is accessible to many East Coast overlanders and offers camping, courses, and an adventure film fest. It's presented by off-road brand Mainline Overland.
